Can you tell me why WordPress charged me 96 dollars? Everyone is telling me they didn’t and don’t know how that happened when its supposed to be fee!!!! What is going on?

WordPress.com only charge your card only if you have chosen to upgrade with one of those plans listed on here: https://wordpress.com/pricing

Just to add more on this, on free plan you get basic hosting and domain ending with .wordpress, people who wish to use additional features which are optional then you pay for the upgrade.

I don’t see any charges made to the account you’re using to contact us. Can you please retrieve the transaction ID associated with that charge? Here’s how to get it:
