  I got 651 email from you for active my account in 30+ minutes, in that time I had to turn of my internet of my smart phone. wtf are you doing?

  The account you are posting from is almost a year old so should already be active, and you have not given us a link to the WordPress.com site you need help with. What site do you need help with?

  It indeed appears we sent several hundred account verification emails to this account during the past few hours. This is the second report I’ve seen of this suddenly happening with an older unverified account, so something might be broken. If you see more reports like this, please tag them for staff.
