If a charge is made by wordpress.com, you’ll get several e-mails. Also you can find that charge in your Billing History, https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/. Make sure you are logged in to the account that got charged. Or you can check a charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

Receipts for renewals are emailed to the email address on file for the WordPress.com account that owns the upgrade in question, and we would have sent multiple renewal notifications to that same email address before the renewal was processed. Receipts can also be viewed in the billing history for that account.
But the
mceganj1account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, so you won’t see any receipts in your billing history. If you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade that belongs to another account.If you’re not sure what account that is, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
