You have taken money out of an unauthorized account

    You need to call me as wordpress has crossed my accounts and accessed my payment information without permission. It will not be sufficient to refund me. It appears you did this once before and have now double charged me for.

    This is what I can see on the account.

    – A premium plan was purchased on 2018-11-16 for $96.
    – That plan was cancelled on 2018-12-12 and a refund processed.

    Typically it only takes 10 days for those funds to reach you, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    I do not see any duplicate charges on this account. Do you have more than one WordPress.com account? Perhaps you’ve made a purchase on another account?

    I have a second account but they are not tied together. It was charged for 96 and I am trying to get assistance on that. Apparently I was also double charged initially on this one. I paid for a personal account and then upgraded on a deal… half price for the 96 and instead of either being refunded or charged the original 48 I was charged again. To add insult to injury I am not using wordpress for my personal website bc I could not get it to do what I needed for my website.

    Can you please tell us the username of the second account, or the address of the site on which the plan exists?

    We have no way of knowing if two different WordPress.com accounts belong to the same person, and it’s completely impossible to make a charge to one account, using payment information provided by a completely different account.

    That was not a half-price deal on the Premium Plan. You simply received an automatic discount based on the amount you had already paid for the Personal Plan.

    The demintlawfirm you’re using to post here has never owned a Personal Plan, however. This account bought a Premium Plan on 16 November, and cancelled the plan for a full refund on 12 December.
