  I can’t verify the email address because you have (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff) please change this so I can move forward

  Hi there, have you checked your settings at https://wordpress.com/me/account You can update it there if it isn’t correct. That will generate a new verification email to the correct email address.
