you keep sending us a notice about renewing payment even though I have registered a new credit card

  I am trying to talk with a real live person at wordpress management about establishing a new credit card on the account we have. My account lists the new credit card, but the old credit card holder keeps getting notices about renewal. In these notices this link is the only contact information.

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades. The Premium Plan on the site, bcgc.berkeley.edu, belongs to the user who originally purchased the upgrade, mallorypickett, and any renewal notifications will go to that user.

  Changing the credit card connected to an upgrade does not change which account owns the upgrade or the email to which notifications are sent. If your account is supposed to receive the notifications from now on, the upgrade will need to be transferred to your account so that you are the new owner. I can help you with this, but I’ll need mallorypickett to reply to this thread to give me permission to to transfer the upgrade out of their account.

  Alternatively, mallorypickett can transfer ownership of the entire site to you, which would also transfer ownership of any upgrades connected to the site.

  Hi kokieh,

  thanks for your reply:

  Yes, I would like the entire site ownership transferred to me and all notices to go to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff), and to use the credit card currently listed for billing.
  She has told me that she is unable to login to view the account, however, so I am unclear as to how she will be able to transfer ownership to me. Would you please explain and meantime I will send her this link that you included.

  It looks like mallorypickett has already transferred the site to you, as the site and the Premium Plan now appears in your account, and she is no longer a user on the site. You should now be able to renew the plan, and the domain mapping upgrade along with it, via the Purchases page.
