    I just changed my blog site address, title of it and will be posting content different from my previous blog. I went to change the theme for my new blog and it is now showing ‘you need a higher level of permission’ – please advise on what to do.

    The logs for your site shows several theme changes after you posted here. Did you manage to get this working?
