My email and account crossed paths between to logins one (email visible only to moderators and staff) & ((email visible only to moderators and staff))-correct email.i need the domain reset or full refund

myanchor.blog was selected as the site you need help with you contacted us by email. One of our Happiness Engineers replied and confirmed all site content would be deleted before resetting it.
Can you confirm which site you intended to reset?

I setup my account with (email visible only to moderators and staff) paid.then logged into in on my phones browser and I logged in with Gmail.one of my emails might have an alias attached.so to sum it up I logged on 3 devices 1 app 4 browsers
