  You took money from my account but you then deleted my website address that I paid for. I didn’t rent. I purchased the domain name.

  It appears that you filed a chargeback against us for part of your payment, instead of contacting us for a refund. When you file a chargeback against us you are accusing us of fraud, which causes the funds to be frozen and your site to be locked. You can see more information here:

  Since the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor I’m checking with our billing team if the dispute was closed in your favor or ours, which will determine whether you need to pay for the chargeback fee that’s already been added to your checkout page to unlock your site before you can continue using it.

  I heard back from the billings team and they said that the chargeback was closed in your favor.

  If you want your domain timothycarterbooks.com restored, you first need to pay for the chargeback fee that has already been added to your checkout page and then either repurchase the Premium plan or tell us to send you a payment request for the domain only.

  I’m waiting for your reply on how to proceed with your domain recovery.
