  My account didn’t renew because I needed to update my credit card information. It is updated, now so how do you make sure it gets made? Seems like the billing date has already passed.

  To manually renew your upgrade go to your Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases), select the upgrade and click on the Renew Now button. Here’s a direct link to the renewal page:
