  I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE!!!

  I have initiated a transfer of my domain from WordPress to Bluehost some 44 hours ago, and received the requisite authorisation code via email (my address = (email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  While I believed that all was in order, Bluehost informed that I must contact Automattic Inc, to approve the transfer. I did send a message in this regard, however their website advises that “I should hear back within a few weeks”.

  This I find UTTERLY + COMPLETELY unacceptable!!!!!

  take note ~ YOUR AFFILIATE IS HOLDING MY DOMAIN HOSTAGE, which I regard as a breach of ETHICS and the LAW!!!

  The domain, emilepaulsen.com, is no longer registered with us. That domain transferred away from WordPress.com around 4AM UTC this morning, and is now registered at Bluehost.com. You can confirm this by looking at the domain’s public Whois data:

  https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=emilepaulsen.com

  We no longer have any control over that domain.

  We have also replied to the email you have submitted in this regard.
