    Hi there!

    Can you confirm which contact form you’re referring to? I see only one page on your site, and it doesn’t have any contact forms on it.

    If you want to create a contact page where the contact form will be inserted, please create a new page first and insert the Form block.

    I also noticed that you may have edited the site editor in a way that removed the templates necessary to display the content. I’d suggest switching to a new theme so that you have some demo content to work with.
