Your Fraudulent billing X3
-
I have mad numerous calls to WP and your Marketing associate MOJO (referred by your customer service). Twice, Help agents have responded vaguely, without really responding (or reading?) my request. I have been billed 3 times in less than a year for an account which appeared to be normal, for theexteriorconnection.com. I apparently creqteed three or four blogs, which then did not attach to the weseite of the same name (now cancelled), and neither I, nor two sets of website engineers could even locate to attach to my website.
i have been autobilled again, less than ten months after the first billing, FOR AN ACCOUNT WHICH HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSIBLE TO ANY ONE ELSE. IN ABOUT FOUR CALLS, NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE OR WILLING TO HELP ME.
i DEMAND A REFUND OF ALL CHARGES, AND MY NEXT MOVE WILL BE TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETT4ER BUSINESS BUREAU.Alan N Hunt, MD, blogger for four or five years. I will gladly upload the receipt numbers if given an email to which to forward them. I was unable to locate them last year, for some reason, although I spent a couple of hours searching last year.

There is no telephone support here at WordPress.com so are you sure you’re in the right place? This is the first time you’ve posted here in the WordPress.com support forum.
theexteriorconnection.com points to BlueHost not WordPress.com.
I’ll tag this thread for a response from staff. Perhaps they can check if those receipt numbers relate to any purchases made here (and redact them too). -
Hi there,
As @themagicrobot also mentions, we do not provide any phone support on WordPress.com, so you did not speak with us. We also do not have any affiliation at all with MOJO Marketplace.
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here used to own a Personal Plan with us, originally purchased on 7 March 2018. This plan renewed two days ago at the cost of $48, and the plan was cancelled and refunded by our staff yesterday via an email support ticket you also submitted. You can view a receipt for the refund on the Billing History page.

I see no other charges on the account that you’re using to post here.
If you see any other charges from us on your credit card statement, they are for sites in another account. In that case please send us the dates and amounts of those charges, as well as the unique code that should appear against each transaction on your statement, via the email support ticket you have open with us. Please do not post that information here in the public forums.
