  No worries. :) If you have any further issue with your No Ads renewal, post back in this thread and add the MODLOOK tag in the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance. This is because individual upgrades such as “No Ads” are no longer offered and only those with an existing individual upgrade can renew them.

  Hi there,

  Where exactly did you update the payment details? The No Ads upgrade has already been removed from your site, so there is no way to renew it at this point.

  Because it only expired in this past week I should still be able to restore it to your account, but for only €6 a year more you can upgrade to the Personal Plan, which includes a space upgrade, custom domain, and live chat support in addition to No Ads, so please consider that option.

  Let me know if you’d prefer to add back only the No Ads upgrade, and I can try to restore that for you.

  Yes, I would like to add back only the No Ads upgrade.

  I put my current credit card details into my account -> Manage Purchases -> Billing History -> Manage Your Credit Cards
