    Do your plans include hosting the website? If so, am I able to move the files later to another hosting platform if I choose?

    Hi there,

    All plans include hosting with unlimited bandwidth, including our free plan – your free site at http://aretexfeed.wordpress.com/ is already hosted on our server. If it weren’t, you wouldn’t be able to access it.

    The source files of a WordPress.com site cannot be migrated to another host, as we use a modified version of the WordPress software that’s not compatible with other hosting providers.

    But you can export your site content, i.e. posts, pages, media files and comments, at any time to migrate it to any other platform that has an importer that accepts .xml export files generated by the WordPress software.
