Your purchasing system almost made me give up trying to upgrade!

    The payment details section of your upgrade purchase form is terrible!

    I tried to buy an upgrade with my credit card, but missed the CV2 item because it’s hidden off to the right. When it told me about it I added it, but then the card number and expiry had been cleared. That took two attempts to get right.

    It became so arduous that if it hadn’t gone through the 3rd time I wouldn’t have bothered. I didn’t expect so much hassle just to remove ads from my account!
