‘Your site doesn’t have any tags, so there’s nothing to display here at the moment.’
-
Hi there,
I’m attempting to add either tags or categories to the top of my page using the ‘Tag Cloud’ feature – however, despite me adding various tags and categories to the post sidebar, I’m just getting ‘Your site doesn’t have any tags, so there’s nothing to display here at the moment.’ on the tag cloud block
Could someone tell me what I’m doing wrong please
Cheers!

Thanks for replying!
I actually haven’t published any pages on my site yet
Is there a way to sort this without doing so?
Could also share pictures if there is a way to do so?

Welcome! Thanks for the additional information.
If you haven’t published posts with those tags on your WordPress.com website, that would cause the error message you’re seeing. The posts need to be published first.
If that didn’t answer your question, post back here and let us know.

PS if you want to test this, publish a post with a tag and then check. You can always revert the post to a draft post afterwards. (If this is on the site attached to this username account, you site hasn’t been launched yet, so no one else will see it.)

Ahhh! I should have posted here straight away instead of stressing out trying to fix it myself for well over an hour!
Thank you very much for your help :)

Ahhh! That’s done the trick.
I should’ve posted here first instead of stressing out trying to figure it out myself for an hour!
Thanks a lot for your help :)
