  Hello,
  I’m trying to add my company’s VAT details in my profile and I’m still getting an error:

  ‘Your VAT details are not valid. Please check each field and try again.’

  What should I do?

  Hi there!

  May I know which country your VAT registration is in?

  Also, to confirm it’s not a browser issue, can you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that helps?
