  Hi there,

  Could you let us in a little bit more on what your process is attempting to insert a youtube video to your WordPress site?

  Generally, on a youtube video there’s a “share” button and then an “embed” button that comes up on the pop up box. From there, there should be a block of html that you can copy (make sure to copy all of the text in there) and paste it into your WordPress page. The video should then pop up once you update it.
