You’ve got it all WRONG
-
I’ve created a different website for my church, and now I’m trying to make a WordPress website for my husband. You have made several mistakes.
1. You billed it to my email address, even though we changed it before we hit ‘accept.’ It should go to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
2. We have a receipt for $96 for the upgrade but my cart says we never paid it.
3. I can’t access premium themes because of the ‘non-payment’
4. I clicked on ‘How do I change my domain contact information?’ and it took me to a .wordpress.com site that we never accepted…where is my .com site we PAID for?ARGHHHH
I want to just delete everything and get my money back. What else can I do???The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Even the post above is WRONG. The blog is NOT thementalmomentcom.wordpress.com!!
It’s supposed to be thementalmoment.com
ARGH

Hi there,
You are posting here as the username, dzandors. This account does not own any sites on WordPress.com – it appears you’ve deleted https://thementalmomentcom.wordpress.com/ since creating this topic.
But it appears you created the site, thementalmoment.wordpress.com, and bought a Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrade for it while logged into another account, username, invitationhilladventist
Please log into that account, then you will be able to transfer that site with all its upgrades to this account by following the instructions here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
4. I clicked on ‘How do I change my domain contact information?’ and it took me to a .wordpress.com site that we never accepted…where is my .com site we PAID for?
The domain, thementalmoment.com, is only mapped here, not registered, so you cannot change that with us. To change details like that for your domain you need to log in at the registrar where you bought the domain, which appears to be Google Domains. You also still need to change the domain’s name servers with them to point it to us before the domain mapping upgrade will work.
