Zero cost vs function
-
I’m checking out WordPress for a community site, so I’m using the free option from WordPress. I can’t find the Dashboard and wonder whether the free version does not provide access to any more than very basic capabilities. Or maybe I have just selected the wrong theme? I want to have parent/child pages but can find no way to link or a suitable menu object to action that from the pages. Initial results look excellent but only useful if I have more function. Is it me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
A free site would not be the cause here. Please confirm which site you are working on. Is it byfleetvillageforum83905599.wordpress.com or a different one?

I think I have my brain around some of the practical usage now. I’m used to using complex objects, but I think here I’m working at a more basic level of individual objects and the different terminology/concept was getting the better of me.
I’ll plug away a bit more. ;-) -
There are some great materials available to help you get started. I suggest taking a look through them.
