    Hi, I’d like to delete this account. But whenever I log in through this account, it displays other wordpress sites I own, but not this one. Can you advise?

    Hi digitalfoundationstc,

    Do you mean you wish to delete zhenzhenqi.wordpress.com (@ is for email addresses rather than site addresses)? If so, this site is owned by jane363636 so you will need to log in to that account in order to do so:

    Thank you for this information. I deleted this site successfully. But I also want to delete the user account. every time when i try to click “close your account permanently”, it jumps to a weird analytics page powered by “jetpack”, overwriting the actual page that contained the “delete” button.

    @jane363636 if you’ll share a screenshot of that page we’ll check on this for you. You can upload it to snag.gy or a similar site, and share a link to the image here.

    You might also try logging into another browser, or even an incognito window, to see if that helps.
