Zip Code Based Pricing

  we are looking for a better way to add zip code based pricing like most telecommunication websites. Right now we use Formidable Forms but is fairly glitchy and slow loading, is there a better plugin or way to create a system where people can type in a zipcode and be re-directed to a page with service pricing in their area?

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
