Zip code won’t work and I cannot go further

  The system does not like Canadian postal code…it will not take it

  Hi there,

  What code are you trying to use?

  Our system is expecting a code in the format “A1A[space]1A1”

  It should also work without the space, but it must use uppercase letters.

  This is exactly the format we have been using and we tried both formats.

  Could you ensure there is no space before or after? If you are pasting it, there may be an invisible character in there holding things up, too, so try typing it if you haven’t already.
