  How can I download the zip file of this template once I have purchased it?

  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:

  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  create own own layouts,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Many thanks for your answer timethief.

  My knowledge about wordpress is very limited. The thing is that I already have hired a web host with godaddy and I already have a domain registered: http://melisadupre.com/

  I have purchased the theme Port because I thought I could download the zip file of the template and upload it in my godaddy account. Is that possible? Is there any way of using the template with my already registered domain and my already hired hosting service?

  This theme is licensed, coded and offered for sale and use only on WordPress.COM blogs http://en.wordpress.com/themes/port

  Apply for a refund and then contact the designer at ThemeTrust to get a version that’s for WordPress.ORG installs.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
