ZohoMail and Email DNS

    My email forwarding is already configurated, but I’d like to use ZohoMail. I tried to cancel the forwarding and after that I configurate “mx records” for Zoho, but wordpress said I couldn’t. Why? I’ve already validate this domain in Zoho.

    PS. The domain is maiconsa.com.br (it was mapping as an existing domain)

    Hi there,

    It looks like your records are set up properly as seen here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/

    From my knowledge sometimes .com.br domains take a day or two longer to propagate than .com domains.

    Can you please show me where WordPress.com is saying that we couldn’t configurate your MX records? Please upload a screenshot to your Media > Library page. I’d be happy to take a further look.
