Just a little info about me i'm a Certified Practitioner in Nero Linguistic Programming( NLP) Life coaching, Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
My thereapy sessions i can help people with are - Weight Management/ Healthy Eating, Stress and Relaxation, Social Confidence, Confidence, Self esteam, Depression and Life Coaching. I can also help with an other problems you are facing in your life.
