Experienced multimedia journalist hosting a health/wellness podcast called Fitlosophy (fitness and philosophy).
Combining years of athletic experience as a gymnast and knowledge as a Women's artistic competitive Gymnastics Coach, I've put my energy and passion into my own health and healing. This has emanated into the message I’m currently spreading through my podcast, Fitlosophy.
With a passion for holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I am studying naturopathic medicine to help people optimize nutrition through exercise and a healthy mental mindset.
