McGriff’s Unique Approach to Harmonious and Productive Communication

“We spend most of our time trying to 'win' arguments, rather than share information. As a result, the opportunity to learn from one another is lost.”

This is an interactive seminar designed for those who are interested in having a Conscious Conversation, or simply want to acquire useful tools for becoming a more effective communicator. According to the “McGriff” communications model, a Conscious Conversation is an informed, reasoned, and progressive approach to Harmonious and Productive Communication. This approach promotes skill enhancement in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, and Critical Thinking. Such relationship building skills are essential for navigating and negotiating one’s place in an increasingly global society where personal referrals and social media have become key components for success.

Sharing McGriff’s Unique Approach to Harmonious and Productive Communication provides a solution for conflict and confrontation, and can be beneficial in a number of areas of social interaction such including the work place, high schools, universities, organizations, and corporate environments. In a society where people are becoming less patient and more emotionally aggressive leading to verbal and physical confrontations, having the ability to effectively communicate is essential. This approach is a “process” and it requires work on behalf of each individual who has a desire to improve their communication skills.

Everything associated with “McGriff’s Unique Approach to Harmonious and Productive Communication" is based on a limited understanding of life and how people interact. I am not claiming to have it all figured out. This approach is correct only for those who see the value in using it.
