Bio
I am an English student with lots to stay and an obsession with food, and thus Food and Flying was born.
Over the last couple of years my quest for the perfect summer body has turned into less of a chore and more of a hobby - what was once my extreme summer diet has morphed into my new and improved healthy lifestyle. Through my blog, and with the help of my trusty sister (food and nutritionist geek - instagram: sophiesplate), I hope to share my happy medium between loving food and wanting to be fit and healthy.
