Bio
I was born and raised in Auburn, California and am a 1996 graduate of Bastyr University,
the leading naturopathic medical school in North America. I am passionate about helping people find their optimal health and believe that there are infinite possibilities on their path to healing. She has seen naturopathic medicine work in herself and her patients time and time again. I believe that the body, mind, and spirit want to heal and this inspires me to listen deeper to each person’s body, mind, and spirit with my medical knowledge, experience and intuition to find the true path to each individuals needs. My practice focuses mostly on women’s and men’s hormone health and balancing, optimizing thyroid function, healing the gut, detoxification, arthritis, autoimmune disease, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
