A human being called to slow down, to reconnect with her own nature and nature within. Practicing psychotherapy, yoga, meditative practices, plant medicine, art, community building, circling... and other experiential forms of relating, healing, growing, integrating. Growing roots in Alentejo, Portugal and in a wider web of human and non-human nature, spirituality and wisdom.
