Bio
I am a human-centred researcher specialising in community intelligence, stakeholder engagement, participatory design, and place-based strategy.
For more than 20 years, I have worked across research, design, culture, and community development, helping organisations understand people's experiences and transform community knowledge into better decisions.
My work combines rigorous qualitative research with collaborative methodologies that bring together communities, governments, researchers, and organisations to address complex social and spatial challenges. I am particularly interested in how human-centred research and responsible AI can strengthen collective intelligence while keeping people, relationships, and local knowledge at the centre of decision-making.
I work with public agencies, research institutions, universities, consultancies, and purpose-driven organisations seeking deeper insights to inform policy, services, and place-based strategies.
