Bio
Joanna Biafore is a Certified Holistic Practitioner who specializes in pediatric nutrition and supporting young families. Market Mervart is a health and fitness enthusiast who was raised in the Czech Republic on the ancient art and craft of fermentation. Both ladies are mothers first who believe in real food and a practical approach to both curing and preventing illness.
It all started with an old school fermentation crock and a shared passion about getting probiotic rich foods into their families. Building beneficial bacteria is the renewed/old medicinal preventative and cure to just about everything. Both women live in Toronto.
