Bio
I am a Physical Therapist and a Professional Teacher.
I started working online as a Medical Transcriptionist in 2003. I managed a Medical Transcription company in 2006. In the same year, I started training aspiring Medical Transcriptionists in the area of Medical Terminologies as I got my Trainors Certificate from TESDA.
A year later, the MT company stopped its operation. I then decided to push through a work-from-home online career as a Professional Virtual Assistant. In the same year (2007), I underwent webinars, online certifications and seminar workshops in the fields of SEO, social media marketing and website management. More trainings had come to me as opportunities to grow in my chosen field in the areas of Lead Generation, email marketing, graphic design, video editing and other virtual assistant skills.
Right now, I am a member of a Local Online Worker's Group (OBW - Online Bicolano Workers) partnered with a National Online Workers group (DCAP - Digital Career Advocates of the Philippines) who are advocates for the proliferation of Online Careers across the Philippines.
