Bio
A 47 year old perimenopausal woman coping with two children under 8 and recovering from alcoholism.
My life is sometimes hilarious and but also tragic and dark, due to sometimes crippling depression.
I run, I meditate and I practise yoga.
But I still have great pleasure in screaming “ you’re welcome” when a tosser in a car doesn’t say thanks for me letting them out.
Expect this blog to have a fair bit of effing and jeffing , if you are easily offended don’t read but if you are not...happy reading!!
