Bio
As a child I was interested in history. In learning about my one of my favorite societies, Sparta, I heard one of the most interesting stories ever. When they were young, Spartan Boys were required to train for join the military. From the ages of 7-20 they trained vigorously and rigorously to be the best of the best. At 20 they were required to fulfill one final task. They had to run the gauntlet.
For me that gauntlet was living a healthy life. I could keep up my good habits for a short while but eventually I would always slip back into my old ways. I found that health food stores were few and far between and very expensive. I wanted something that combined anything i could ever want out of health, but there was nothing about it. So being an entrepreneurial minded person i created it.
I created Brave the Crave so that others don't have to struggle through the same bad habits that i did. I want others to have access to a full range of health supplies and information.
