Bio
Hi there! My name is Brooke Kalan and started The InSight Project from my home in Nashville, Tennessee. Its mission is to facilitate balance, clarity and inspiration for others-- one insight at a time.
One day, recently, I realized that all of my enthusiasm really comes from the same place: a deep curiosity to see the inner nature of things and facilitate that authentic expression. As I was meditating on this one day, looking at the point inside me from which all of my hobbies/passion/drive radiates, I noticed that when I'm living from the point, I feel alive and happy-- as if I'm shining. When I stray away from it, I feel small and lost. From this place of realization, I immediately felt compelled to share this with others and reach people. So I decided to listen to that calling, and this website is the result.
Folks are stopping by this blog for anything from checking out a cool photo to reading words of wisdom to interest in scheduling Intuitive Counseling to getting some Energy Work done in person.
