Bio
I started my career in Real Estate in 1992. New construction always fascinated me and two years later, I was recruited by one of the top 3 national builders to become an onsite sales counselor. I loved it, but I had no idea what doors would soon open for me. As a General Sales Manager, I trained and managed a highly skilled team of 24 sales associates producing 900 sales per year. I moved into a Vice President role, handling sales, marketing, and training on a national level. I soon served as a Director for the largest US builder and took a division from 3rd in its market to first place in 2 years, adding 31 new communities to the existing 12. As a Regional Director, my responsibilities included extensive travel throughout the US and into Canada to build and support great teams of managers and salespeople.
My interests include a deep understanding of all things connected to the building, marketing, and selling of all types of residential, investment, and vacation homes so I can benefit my clients. Along the way, I have also had the opportunity to develop relationships with builders in and around the Central Florida market and across the US.
I'm excited to bring my experience, knowledge, and contacts to the table to help you with your next Real Estate purchase. Staying small and keeping overheads to a minimum allows me to REBATE MONEY BACK to you when you buy.
