Bio
I am currently a registered nurse living on Sydney’s northern beaches. In 2013 I decided to take my passion for healthy living that little bit further by enrolling in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I’m learning about holistic health and wellness and training to become a certified health coach. My ultimate dream is to empower women to live a life they truly love, that excites them and to realise just how amazingly beautiful and unique they are!
