Bio
I'm a self-employed recruiter in Toronto, Canada. I'm also a job search coach , blogger, tweet chat junkie, and mom of 3. I love building teams, sourcing executives and working with growth companies and individuals looking for job search direction, personal branding and inspiration.
I’ve placed hundreds of talented professionals since 1997. In the early days my work focused on emerging technologies where many of my assignments exposed me to software and telecommunications dot-coms.
With start-ups and growth companies as my main focus up until 2007, I have continued that momentum by working with clients who offer green field opportunities and turn around challenges. I gravitate towards people who thrive when the ground moves beneath their feet.
Beyond technology I have had successes in industries like consumer packages goods, financial services, not-for-profit, retail, social enterprise, professional services and mining. What’s remained constant is my passion for finding thought leaders at all levels, from Chief Executive Officers through to Senior Managers and Team Leads.
