Bio
I've been a recipe collector since they days when you cut the recipes out of magazines and newspapers and glued them on index cards.
In 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and as part of my therapy decided to keep myself busy trying new recipes and creating a cookbook for myself.
I have decided to share some of my favourite recipes that I have tried and tested (and approved).
