Bio
I was born in Madison Wisconsin and moved to Taiwan with my parents when I was about 2 months old. I lived in Taiwan for 19 years, and moved to Orange County in 2002. I will be honest, I never thought I would end up doing what I do! I wanted to be a financial planner, and sit behind a desk wearing nice pant suits all day. But instead, I cook, I write about cooking, I teach cooking, I pretty much do anything and everything to do with food. I love my job, and I don't think it's a job that I could continue doing if I didn't have the passion. I created this blog to share my passion of food with everyone
