Hello there,
I always find it difficult writing about myself in the 'About me' sections on websites. One reason for this difficulty is in determining what facts may seem interesting or worth mentioning to you. It feels almost like I am writing a Tinder profile, wondering if I'm clever, witty, and engaging enough, so you'll swipe right.
Hopefully, you stick around and enjoy what you read and see (Not just with the 'About me' section but also the blog itself).
I am from the U.S. and live in California. I would like to live in New York. I am Russian, Armenian, and Irish ethnically. I have a B.A. in Women's Studies, an M.A. in Sociology, and J.D. [Juris Doctorate]. It may sound great, but I have a shit-ton of student loan debt.
I love literature, photography, art, poetry, and music. Patti Smith is my greatest influence, and I hope to meet her one day.
I wish I had a really cool nickname because I hate my actual first name.
