Bio

I decided a few years ago that everyone who said cooking for yourself or for two is not worth the time or money is ridiculous. I think that many people just don't know the basic steps to prepare a simple meal for themselves and that keeps stores stocked with processed foods and the fast food industry thriving. When you learn the basics you can control what you eat and save a ton of money. Frugal is good!
