For over 18 years Charles has combined his technical capabilities with business accumen to bring solutions that meet customers' needs.
Charles is most recently a founder, President and Chief Technology Officer of Cognoscape LLC, a Managed Services Provider and Managed Security Service Provider located in Addison, Texas.
