Bio
Darlene Cripps is a Vancouver clinical counsellor working with adult individuals who struggle with issues of grief, loss, trauma, early wounding, anxiety, and fear. Therapy with Darlene helps people increase their emotional regulation to build resiliency and a more embodied sense of self. Darlene incorporates somatic therapy to include and address the body and the mind.
Darlene holds an MA in Counselling Psychology and has specialized training and experience with developmental psychology, somatic therapy, emotional regulation, and trauma treatment. She loves working with these tools because the people she works with report the changes they make are sustainable in daily life.
Darlene is a Certified Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She works in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
