I am an independent consultant on privacy, identity management and information protection issues. I have over 30 years in senior level legal, policy and managerial positions in all 3 branches of the federal government. In addition to my privacy expertise, I collaborated with senior career and political officials on an array of domestic and international matters in the areas of criminal justice/ law enforcement and financial services.
