Bio
Douglas Battista is the President of North America Field Operations for Jenny Craig (a Nestlé company), managing responsibilities for 4000 employees across North America. In this capacity, Battista reports to and supports the Company’s Global CEO. Prior to his current role at Jenny Craig, Battista spent three and one-half years as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Nestlé USA in Glendale, California. During his tenure at Nestlé, Douglas Battista made major improvements to the Human Resources department, including implementing programs in both analytics and recruitment. Prior to this appointment, Doug Battista served Nestlé’s Logistics Division as Human Resources Director.
