Eileen Frank is a registered dietitian (RD) who loves to share her passion for nutrition, and for her faith, as she provides a positive, balanced approach to health & wellness for everyday living.
She believes in the value of real food; and of sound, evidence-based practices.
She believes in nourishing who we are, as well as who we are called to be… And in staying true to the Heart of the matter for the good of body, mind, & soul!
Eileen is a wife, mom, nutrition consultant, and Roman Catholic.
